Get the cleanest
recording possible.
Stay within a reformer's length of your device.
For most phones, staying within a reformer's length from your device records well through the built-in microphone. No extra hardware needed — set your phone down nearby and teach.
Walking around? Try a Bluetooth lapel mic.
For group classes or sessions where you walk around without your phone, a Bluetooth lapel mic can help capture your voice clearly across the room.
Remo handles notifications,
but not multitasking.
Remo can handle push notifications coming in, but it can't multitask on screen. The recording screen needs to stay open during the session.
Remo hears you,
but it can't see you.
Gestures that communicate to your client don't get picked up by Remo. This could be okay, but you'll get richer data if you say "Let's move to the reformer" instead of pointing and saying "Let's go over there," for example.
Off-topic chat
stays out of the summary.
Remo filters out parts of the conversation that aren't relevant to Pilates or the body. The session summary only reports information related to the movements, your cues and feedback, and the client's comments about the workout or their body.
Ready to hit record?
These small habits add up to richer session summaries and a smoother review.
